Meet Harry,
Harry's culinary journey began at his mother Maria's side (hence the name!), absorbing the secrets of Armenian cuisine amidst the warmth of family gatherings. After years in restaurant management, a yearning for his roots led him back. In 2015, armed with cherished recipes and a passion for authenticity, Harry embarked on a new chapter with Maria's Mediterranean Food.
The path wasn't always easy. From perfecting Turkish-style pide at local markets to finding a permanent home at Star Food Market, Harry's journey is paved with perseverance. It's here, amidst the market's vibrant energy, that Harry met Jana, his partner in love and business. Together, they infuse Maria's with warmth, hospitality, and a sprinkle of romance in every dish.
